Market fail to cross resistance of 5100 mark.All was going will till sun outage,then comes IIP data ,showing a major decrease in capital goods growth in Jan 2008.Even goverment anouncement of 10000 cr for farm through cash didn't help market.Because of short covering market moves to red after 3:45.
Fall of 500 points from morning levels may sent a bearish sentement.But am confident its a base building happening.New Lsting Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd(REC) looks good in current levels ,after all there will be huge demand for funding in this sector.
